Refund Policy for Event Registration Form

Thank you for choosing to register for our event. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests:
   • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing through our Refund form which is displayed in your registration confirmation email.
   • Only requests made 15 days prior to the event start date will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Requests made after 15 days prior to the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Processing:
   • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving a valid refund request.
   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the registration process.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement:
   • In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the event by the organizer, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund.
   • In case of rescheduling, registered participants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or request a refund.
4. No-Show Policy:
   • Participants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation or notification will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Transferable:
   • Registrations are non-transferable. Transferring a registration to another individual or event is not allowed.
6. Refunds for Add-Ons:
   • If any additional items or services were purchased along with the registration (e.g., merchandise, meal tickets, workshops), the refund eligibility for those items will be subject to their respective policies.
7. Processing Fees:
   • Please note that any processing fees charged during the registration process are non-refundable.
8. Modifications to the Refund Policy:
   • The organizer reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated through the website or by email.
